Things you Should know about SpaWhite

A great smile is one of your most important assets. 90% of people say that your smile is the first thing they notice about you. A healthy smile will improve your confidence, help you make friends, and help you succeed in your career. A brighter, healthy smile can transform your life!

What causes stains? Acidic and strongly pigmented foods, drinks, tobacco, as well as normal aging cause the staining that makes your teeth appear discolored. WhiteScience’s SpaWhite treatment removes stains by penetrating the tooth structure, erasing stains, and rejuvenating the color of your teeth.

Is it safe? Yes. Classified as a cosmetic product by the FDA, hydrogen peroxide is the active agent in teeth whitening and has been safely used for centuries. WhiteScience’s exclusive foam suspension peroxide delivery system produces incredible results in a very short time.

How white will my teeth get? A single treatment can brighten the color of your teeth as much as 2 to 7 shade in an amazing 20 minutes. A 40 minute double treatment can result in a 4 to 8 shade whitening. Both treatments work best on natural teeth and depend on your level of use of staining agents like wine, coffee, and tobacco.  (Most of my customers went 4-8 shades in 1 treatment) Awesome product!

How long does it last? In most cases a SpaWhite treatment can last up to a year when observing good dental hygiene. SpaWhite is a cosmetic that combats the effects of staining agents like wine, coffee, and tobacco. Most SpaWhite clients find that repeating the process 1 to 3 times per year, depending on personal habits, keeps their teeth consistently white and their smiles bright. Using the WhiteICE maintenance product will keep your teeth white between treatments.

Will it work on caps and crowns? SpaWhite will remove stains from caps and crowns but it will not change their original color. It is not intended to lighten artificial teeth, caps, crowns, veneers, porcelain, composite (white) fillings, or other restorative materials. The color of these structures will remain the color they were when installed.
